Business telephoning

Contact by phone with your customers is your company’s business card. The importance of a customer-oriented and result-oriented phone call has long been established. In addition, conducting a phone call efficiently radiates quality and professionalism.

In the practical part of the training, the student has a telephone conversation with the trainer or with another participant. The conversation (a role-play) is recorded, then played back and analysed by the trainer. This has proven to be a very effective way of increasing fluency in a foreign language. Students learn to talk on the phone without difficulty to their contacts abroad. 

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for staff who have regular contact with international clients. It is open to all – from receptionists to sales reps to managers, from beginners to advanced speakers. You can enrol for a one-day or more training of seven hours per day.
