Telephone skills workshop

An unexpected telephone call from abroad can cause problems. Switching to a foreign language without visual communication aids is not easy and can lead to lost opportunities. During the workshop participants learn professional telephone skills by means of role plays and telephone simulations.

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for staff who have regular contact with international clients. It is open to all – from receptionists to sales reps to managers, from beginners to advanced speakers. Ideally however, participants in the same workshop should share the same general proficiency level. 

The group size is a minimum of 2 and maximum of 6 participants. The languages for this course are French, German, English, Spanish, Italian and Dutch. Other languages can be arranged on request. There are two courses – a one day course (7 hours) and a two day course (14 hours).
